Return and Exchange Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority.

  • If there is a defect with our item, we accept replacements for items within 3 days of delivery date. Email us at pomeofficialle@gmail.com 
  • We do not issue returns or exchanges. 
  • We only replace items that have defects. Please refer to our defects section below. 
  • We kindly ask that all items requested for replacement is not used or expired, undamaged and unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.
  • Note that the notification of the replacement of products has to be done within 3 days, otherwise it will be forfeited.  

Defects:

  • If you received a defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt via email, otherwise we will deem the defective item is forfeited. 
  • Please explain nature of defect and include photos or video. For items received via our courier DHL, and if the item is damaged, they will require photos of the inner and outer packaging for an investigation, otherwise no cover will be claimable. Please note that the defect only applies to the menstrual cup itself. Defects with the packaging, instructional materials and pouch will not be the cause of replacement. 
  • Kindly note that all replacements (only with defects) will be replaced with the same product/s.
  • Defect has to be clearly demonstrated by photo/video and we will deem it so if product/s will be for replacement.
  • All shipping costs of replacement products  will be shouldered by us. 

Kindly note the following guidelines for out of stock items: 

  • In the event that your order includes an item that is out of stock, we will refund the amount of the item that was out of stock, and will proceed to deliver the rest of the order.
  • We will inform you if the item is out of stock and ask if you would like to wait for the next stock of items or a refund. 
  • In the instance there is a refund, please wait up to 30 days for the refund.

Cancellations:

  • Kindly note that we are not able to accept cancellations after an order has been placed on our website. Please make sure all orders are final once you check out.
